  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado with salt and pepper until creamy, then spread it over the toasted bread.
  3. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat; crack in the eggs and cook sunny-side-up until whites are set but yolks remain runny.
