  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the batter until evenly distributed.
  7. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow muffins to cool slightly before drizzling with additional honey.
