  • 1 package baby bok choy
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly across the grain and rinse bok choy thoroughly.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. Sear the sliced beef in a single layer for about 2-3 minutes until browned; flip and cook for another minute. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted but crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the pan, drizzle with soy sauce (and oyster sauce if using), and mix well.
  7. Serve immediately.
