  • 500g flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat wok on high; stir-fry marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  3. In the same wok, stir-fry garlic, ginger, onion, and bell peppers for about 4-5 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Return beef to wok; pour in the sauce mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice.
