  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 large bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 8 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes; dice them into bite-sized pieces. Chop the bell pepper and onion; slice the garlic cloves.
