  • 400 g white chocolate
  • 100 g Biscoff spread
  • 130 g Biscoff biscuits
  • Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8″ x 8″ baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or bain marie, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and salt until creamy.
  4. Crush most Biscoff biscuits and fold into the mixture; pour into the prepared tray.
  5. Break remaining biscuits and sprinkle on top, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into pieces to serve.
