  • 12 oz farfalle pasta
  • 10 slices turkey bacon (cooked)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil the farfalle pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine quartered cherry tomatoes and cooked turkey bacon pieces.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Italian dressing until smooth.
  4. Add cooled pasta to the tomato and bacon mixture. Pour in half of the dressing and stir well. Chill for at least one hour.
  5. Before serving, mix in baby spinach and remaining dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
