  • 1 cup freeze-dried blueberries
  • Optional: 6 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon purple gel food coloring

  1. Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.
  2. In a food processor, pulse 1 cup of freeze-dried blueberries into a fine powder.
  3. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate melting wafers and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring well after each until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the powdered blueberries until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and optionally sprinkle with additional freeze-dried blueberries and drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set, then slice into squares.
