  • 50 g raw cane sugar
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g speculoos cookies with almonds
  • Salted caramel sauce
  • Ceylon cinnamon

  1. Wash and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces. Melt butter in a large pan, then add apples, sugar, and salted caramel. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until softened and caramelized.
  2. While apples cook, mix yogurt, cream cheese, powdered sugar, grated tonka bean, and Ceylon cinnamon until smooth.
