  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some cooking water.
  2. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear the steak tips in a skillet with olive oil until browned. Remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add heavy cream, milk, and cream cheese. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted.
  4. Combine the drained penne with the sauce, then return the steak tips to the skillet and toss to coat.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
