Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss sliced sweet potatoes in olive oil and seasonings. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in a grill pan over medium-high heat until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  3. Steam broccoli florets for about 5-6 minutes until tender; season lightly with salt.
  4. Assemble by layering broccoli at the bottom of meal prep containers, followed by sweet potatoes and sliced chicken. Allow to cool before sealing.
