  • Broccoli florets
  • Red bell pepper
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Green beans
  • Olive oil or sesame oil

  • Soy sauce
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Rice vinegar
  • Cooked brown rice or wild rice mix

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from pan and set aside.
