  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
  • 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12-count)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each Hawaiian roll in half and lay down turkey on the bottom halves.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey evenly and top with cheese slices.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls on each slider.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush the tops of the sliders with the butter mixture.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes; then remove foil and bake an additional 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow sliders to cool slightly before serving.
