This cranberry whipped feta dip is a creamy, sweet-and-savory appetizer that blends tangy feta, smooth cream cheese, and bright cranberries with a touch of honey and lemon. Finished with fresh parsley, it’s a festive and flavorful spread that pairs perfectly with crackers or sliced bread for gatherings, holidays, or casual entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale

8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or 1/2 cup cranberry sauce)
1/4 cup honey (plus more to taste)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Assorted crackers or sliced bread, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the crumbled feta and softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer or sturdy whisk, blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add the cranberries (or cranberry sauce), honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until fully incorporated and the texture is light and spreadable.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey, stirring well to combine.

  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.

  5. Serve immediately with assorted crackers or sliced bread, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving if chilled.
