  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
