  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups julienne sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Fresh thyme
  • 2 cups packed fresh spinach
  • 2/3 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 lb short cut pasta

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken sausage in a large skillet until cooked through, then set aside.
  2. Cook the short cut pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
