  • 13.9-ounce ring of kielbasa sausage (or turkey alternative)
  • 1 1/2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
