  • 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Sear the chicken in a skillet with butter and olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
