  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned (about 5–7 minutes per side). Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and add cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning. Stir until well combined and heated through.
