  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts drained (chopped)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • Pita chips, tortilla chips, cucumber slices, veggies, baguettes, or french bread (to serve)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric hand mixer to combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, and 1/4 cup mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add 10 oz thawed spinach and 14 oz chopped artichokes into the bowl.
  4. Include 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1 tsp dried minced onion.
  5. Mix everything together with a spatula until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving hot with your choice of dippers.
