  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  4. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour the creamy sauce over the enchiladas ensuring they are evenly coated. Sprinkle any remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
