  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Honey
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and place panko breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken piece first in seasoned flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  6. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  9. Toss fried chicken pieces in the sauce until well-coated.
  10. Serve immediately.
