  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, rice vinegar, honey, and remaining sesame oil.
  4. Fry the wonton wrappers in oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 20-30 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble each taco with the cooked chicken and coleslaw filling. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce before serving.
