  • 2 large eggs
  • 48 oz marinara sauce (2 jars)
  • 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
  • 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Layer marinara sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker followed by gluten-free penne pasta and spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and extra mozzarella on top.
  5. Cook on high for 2 ½ hours or until pasta is tender.
