Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (5-7 lbs) boneless turkey breast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 packet onion soup seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the turkey breast while keeping the netting on and place it into your slow cooker.
  2. Season the turkey with salt and pepper, rubbing it gently for even flavor.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, onion soup seasoning mix, and orange juice; stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the turkey in the crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-7 hours or until an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees is reached.
  5. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the crock pot and cover with foil to keep warm. Skim any fat from the cooking liquid and transfer it to a saucepan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water. Bring the cooking liquid to a boil in the saucepan and whisk in the cornstarch mixture until thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
