  • 30 taco shells
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
  • 1 package shredded lettuce (16 oz)
  • 6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup Pepita salsa
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Favorite chips
  • Habanero pepper for garnish

Instructions

  1. On a large food-safe board or tray, place a bowl in the center filled with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
  2. Arrange small bowls filled with salsa, guacamole, olives, and sour cream around the central bowl.
  3. Leave space on the board for placing taco shells.
  4. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until tender; add ground turkey and taco seasoning. Cook until browned.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill each taco shell with the turkey mixture and cheese; bake for 5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Arrange tacos on the board around the toppings; fill any open areas with chips if desired.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and habanero peppers before serving.
