  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 can corn (15 oz), drained
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 can chili beans in chili sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1 can chopped green chiles (4 oz)
  • Spices: chili powder, cumin, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onions for about 5–7 minutes until cooked through. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  2. Pour in the broth and add the corn, black beans, chili beans, crushed tomatoes, green chiles, and all seasonings. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil; then reduce heat to low and let simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes.
