  • 15 wafer rolls
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Blanch the almonds by boiling them in water for one minute, then drain, rinse, and peel the skins off.
  2. Prepare the wafer rolls by placing them, chocolate side down, into the holes of the cookie pinwheels.
  3. Create a glaze by mixing powdered sugar with water until smooth and thick.
  4. Assemble your candles by applying glaze around each wafer roll’s base to secure it, then drizzle some on top before placing blanched almonds pointy side up as flames.
  5. Store in a cool place or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
