  • 8 Tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Pinch fine sea salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • Ground cinnamon (for sprinkling on top)
  • Sliced fresh figs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add olive oil and sour cream.
  4. Fold in chopped figs and fig jam. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
