  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a muffin tray with cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter with molasses until combined; let cool slightly.

  4. Mix brown sugar, sour cream, milk, and egg into the molasses mixture until smooth.

  7. Bake for 5 minutes at 425°F; reduce heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 11–14 minutes until cooked through.
