  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (shredded)
  • 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on the top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on the top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, diced artichokes, defrosted spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. For an extra golden finish, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
