  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well mixed.
  2. Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a log using the wrap to mold it tightly. Wrap securely.
  3. Chill the log in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  4. After chilling, unwrap the log and roll it in finely chopped parsley to coat evenly.
