  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Dried Apricots or Prunes
  • ½ cup Toasted Almond Slivers
  • Fresh Parsley or Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, turmeric powder, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Marinate chicken pieces in a large bowl with sliced onion and minced garlic for at least 30 minutes.
