  • 1 celery stalk
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets

  • 5 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon dry white apple vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
