  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Diced Tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Tomato Sauce
  • â…“ cup Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 12 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta, uncooked
  • ½ cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved, shredded, or freshly grated
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large soup pot over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sauté ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until onions are translucent.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Add uncooked bowtie pasta to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. If needed, adjust consistency with water or broth.
  5. Stir in ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
