Ingredients

  • 40 g Raw Ginger Root
  • 80 g Raw Turmeric Root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 200 mL Filtered Water
  • 6 pinches Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel the ginger and turmeric roots. Chop them into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, discarding any bitter piths.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender along with the filtered water, blending until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  5. Divide the juice into sealable vials and add a pinch of black pepper to each before sealing.
