  • 1 cup unsweetened apple cider or juice
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh thyme
  • Kosher salt (Adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Honeycrisp apples into small pieces and mix them with brie cheese in a bowl.
