  • 1 packet Caesar salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in the baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together Caesar salad dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  6. In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until lightly coated, then sprinkle over the chicken.
