  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
  4. 4. Melt butter in the same skillet; add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Pour in heavy cream and milk; heat for 2-3 minutes before adding mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
