  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 and 1/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (split into two measurements)
  • 2 and 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
