  • 200 g Green Olives (preferably Castelvetrano or Manzanilla)
  • 150 g Feta Cheese (block feta in brine)
  • 100 g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • Zest and juice of ½ Lemon
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Chili Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients, ensuring cream cheese is at room temperature.
  2. In a food processor, combine green olives, crumbled feta cheese, and cream cheese.
  3. Add extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice; blend until smooth.
  4. Mix in chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, and chili flakes if desired.
  5. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with two whole olives and a drizzle of olive oil.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
