  • 2 cups Grachicken chicken cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups warmed strawberry topping or preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until creamy. Gradually mix in sugar, flour, and vanilla extract. Add heavy whipping cream and mix until combined. Finally, add eggs one at a time.
  3. Pour filling over the crust in the pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and cool with the door ajar for an hour.
  4. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving. Warm up strawberry topping and pour over slices when ready to serve.
