  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gently fold in whipped topping and spread over chilled crust.
  3. Cook the Pecan Filling: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter until bubbling. Remove from heat; whisk in beaten eggs slowly. Stir in chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and salt; let cool slightly.

  5. Serve: Slice into bars with a warm knife. Enjoy as is or topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
