  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Fresh thyme (for garnishing)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Extra honey drizzle
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a covered container and chill in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes before serving.
  4. Once chilled, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with walnuts and extra honey if desired.
