  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

  5. Fold in flour and baking soda gently—do not overmix.

  7. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain gooey.
