  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 shallots, finely diced
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes

  • Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the gnocchi in salted water until they float; drain, reserving some cooking water.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Sauté shallots and corn until softened.
