  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, finely chopped
  • 23 tbsp feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • Fresh parsley
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in water for 7 minutes for jammy yolks. Cool under cold water, peel, and slice in half.
  2. Slice the kiwi and tomato, then finely chop the cauliflower.
  3. On a serving plate, arrange kiwi slices on one side, followed by tomato slices and chopped cauliflower.
  4. Scatter parsley leaves around the plate and top with feta cheese and olives.
  5. Season with chili flakes if desired and finish with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and black sesame seeds.
