  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, then combine with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thick, then fold in half a cup of Cool Whip. Spread over the crust and freeze for another 10–15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth; gently fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate layer.
