  • 4 cups seedless red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • Maldon sea salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon fresh diced rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread grapes on a nonstick baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, toss to coat, and roast for about 15 minutes until softened.
  2. Place baguette slices on another baking sheet. Brush with remaining olive oil, top with brie cheese, and bake for 5-7 minutes until melted.
  3. Assemble by placing roasted grapes on top of the melted brie. Drizzle generously with honey, sprinkle walnuts and sea salt on top, and garnish with rosemary.
