  • 4 oz goat cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Hot honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each date lengthwise to create an opening and fill each with 1-2 teaspoons of goat cheese.
